Local news’ interview

While I was in the nail salon getting my nails done for the wedding tomorrow, David got nabbed by a roving TV news presenter and interviewed for his thoughts on the loss of a great monarch and the initiation of a new king. We will all have to get used to saying “Long live the King” now and welcome to King Charles the Third!

Another great day culminating in a wonderful meal with lots of local, fresh and delicious dishes. I finished off with a dark chocolate ice cream.

Altogether wonderful night with David’s sister and partner, daughter and partner, and son and partner. I think we were the only married couple there!

We decided to walk the two miles home along the promenade and had to battle through a thick forest of “Bears” - the term used for hairy, macho gay men! Quite an experience! It’s “Bear Week here in Sitges.
