Actually I’m happy. Cooler. The grass is getting greener. My Venus Flytrap (centre photo) welcomes the rainwater (tap water unsuitable apparently).

Tired. Was up late washing cooking dishes after making the peppers for G upstair’s dinner last night. As always if I miss my ‘bedtime window’ I end up sleeping badly. Early night beckons. ‘E’ has just returned and is popping down soon to help finish left-overs. But won’t stay long.
