Bottom Up

Stayed at home. Dry cough kept me up last night, probably asthmatic. The oppressive heat combined with the wind probably got to me yesterday.

Got up and had a spoon of Manuka Honey, and sucked a Ricola herbal sweet. Not long after succeeded in falling asleep. So was careful today.

Spent most of the day researching and renewing my electricity contract, and other on-line admin. Ended up staying with the existing provider. Huge price increases.

Thank heavens cooler now. Such a relief (for me).
