Fibro day

Today has definitely not been a good fibromyalgia day. The pain is indescribable. I don't like these photos of me but as this is supposed to be a year of my life I guess it should show warts n all. These days make me incredibly sad I am having the most fabulous life and this pathetic thing stops my fun and I'm sure those closet to me's fun as well. Still never mind there are far worse things in life.

On a good note I did make myself go to an RDA training afternoon which was very informative and a giggle so I'm pleased I made the effort.
