A day in the sun

Today I have been to the physio. She was impressed with my progress. I have religiously been doing my exercises and its paying off.

Claire n Martin came to visit with Pete dog.

We walked through the park in the sunshine to look at what potentially could be their new house.

We sat in the garden sinking beers chasing the sun to milk it's last piece of warmth. Clearly I had one beer more than I should looking at my picci (or am i just trying to fight the fibro off). Martin is now gurning and claire hugging monkey for warmth.

It soon went chilly as the sun went down so blankets were at the ready. We are training for our Glastonbury trip. We had pizzas from our new pizza pad.

The sun has gone and the moon is now out. Time to go in doors. So lovely to be able to sit outside.

Husband is on a curry night with local agents.
