The Pleshey Loop

Seven of us cycled a brilliant 55 mile off road loop around the byways and paths of north Essex. A lunch stop at High Easter conveniently coincided with a downpour. By the time we emerged after several cups of tea the sun was out again.

What with refreshment stops and several punctures we were out all day. On getting home I just had time for a shower and some dinner (beans on toast) before dashing out to cycling club night. 

A satisfying day.
