Susi and her Street Stencil Sprayups

To the photo society competition night. I didnt do too badly but some of the other images were brilliant. A good judge who made fair and constructive comments.

One of our members, Susi Luard, has started doing street spray art around the east end. I was intrigued to see her videos showing her cut out stencils stuck on a wall with spray paint applied. Gradually and carefully peeling away the paper stencil a beautiful illustration is revealed. Its a bit like a negative in film photography - Susi has to think in reverse.
