vaccination tomorrow!

I think I have a new crow. There was a crow with a much higher pitch in its voice visiting today. 

Russia is trying to increase their forces. Don't worry. The town where they are training has residents complaining on social media about men wandering the streets drunk and harassing women. They can't be very effective when they aren't well-trained or disciplined.

Heat pumps are taking off in Poland! People are installing solar panels People are replacing gas stovetops and replacing them with electric. People who still used coal are dropping them too because they are realizing the coal they are burning in their homes is coming, not from Poland, but from Russia. Then they are throwing parties to celebrate independence from Russia. The sales of heat pups doubled this year. Last year Polish policymakers wanted to install 10 GW (10,000 MW!!) of solar panels by 2030. It beat that this year. Last month Poland devoted $430 million toward energy efficiency. The war in Ukraine is doing what years of pleading and nagging and guilting from climate activists didn't because now it is an energy security issue.
