Autumn?

Aviemore parkrun this morning, and managed surprisingly well after yesterday's exertions.
Back to the tent for a second breakfast and then out on the bikes to Loch Garten. We visited the centre, though the ospreys have left, and had a short walk along to the next loch and back.
Then to Boat of Garten via some minor roads and back along the Speyside Way (a bit of which we ran in parkrun).
It was a bit windy in places but mostly sheltered, though I gather the 24hr race had some windy bits.
Tired but satisfied, especially once fed.
