Ducks and ducklings

Lovely day at Trevor Basin. Weather was just right but by mid afternoon the heavens opened and we had a heavy downpour. Fortunately there are trees to shelter under that kept most of the rain off. Doesn't deter the ducks though and we've got a few late clutches of ducklings too, enjoying the Aqueduck.

Blip is one of the male mallards with exquisite colouring and markings.
