Sandpipers

As we’re in Kent, it seems appropriate to blip hops. We’ve had an excellent day’s birding at Stodmarsh NNR. The weather was perfect: good light and comfortable temperatures and a day full of excellent birds: Wood, Green, Common and Curlew Sandpipers, Snipe, Marsh Harrier, Kingfisher, Yellow Wagtails, Water Rail and Purple Heron, to name but a few. I hope I got some good photos, but I’m still unable to upload them, so this blip could be changed when we get home.
