Ready to roll.......

A day of two halves today.
Rain this morning but by lunch time the sun came back out ,once the damage was done.
Took the header off the combine onto the trolly,hitched it up and ran it next door. The terrier wasn't too happy being so high up in the air in the cab and wouldn't come over the cab step once we got there. Filled up with diesel then parked it in the shed ready for the last 11 acres of barley, whenever that will be.
Walked back home,it was really muggy this afternoon.
Had to go and pick Littlemiss up from work at the Castle, then spent the afternoon doing paperwork.
Headed down the road tonight to feed the heifers. The traffic lights have magically reappeared at the burst water main in the neighbour's field. Don't know why they are needed if all the diggers are over the hedge in the field,but what would I know.
