I don't know what kind of duck this is, but I thought he had a cute face and I liked the little bit of wake he left behind.
This photo was taken on Swede Lake. There was a large flock of cormorants sitting on stumps but as soon as I got near them they flew away. There was also a group of American Coots swimming in the area. This looked like a young bird, might be a coot, but he was all alone. This area definitely has potential for some good shots later in the season.
