Along the shore (Day 2676)

Across to Stromness this morning with my beautiful wife, and once the field chores were done, we got out a ride along the shore. Despite the strong wind it was warm and we had a grand ride. We finished up at the beach and Jeepers surprised us both by being completely unfazed by the sea and wading in far enough that HV's feet were in the water.
Home for lunch, then while HV walked Sigyn, I zoomed off to deal with a call out. I was home first and got the bikes ready for a quick spin into town, then home via Orphir. Nice to be out on the bikes, but we could have done without the dozy drivers who failed to notice us.
After a very brief stop at home we headed for Stromness again so I could cut Mum and Dad's grass while HV checked the horses, then we had a grand feed with Mum and Dad.
It has been a good day.
