Audley End House and Gardens, Essex.

We visited the BBC Gardeners’ World Autumn Fair at Audley End. This was one of my wife’s birthday presents.

We went equipped for a wet day following weather forecasters advice. We actually had a beautiful late summer day, sunshine and warmth. There was a wide range of exhibits plus the organic walled garden belonging to the site. We ended the day listening to a debate on “natural gardening “, A challenge to us all to share our gardens with all the creatures which use them as their home.
