Glandford

An excellent meal last night with our friends who are staying with us.  This morning we decided to take them up to Glandford for a walk; there is a good circular walk there but one of our friends is unable to manage a great distance so we just did the last part of it over the ford and on up to the Natural Surroundings cafe in the woods.  The  water in the ford was running quite low and slow so had some quite good reflections; it was clearly not low and slow enough for one car though, which had deposited one of its number plates in the river.
