Refill and Recycle

This is Maria. She owns a little shop in the town where you take your containers and refill them with anything from porridge oats to cleaning products. She's been running the shop for the past 2 years but sadly is now closing due to increasing cost of rent and energy bills.
I finished a bit of training and am now totally up to date to start my new job in October.
I also visited a friend who's unwell. 
Tom and I had a quiet walk from Talkin Head to Hynem Bridge on the river Gelt. It was lovely walking in the dappled shade - see extra.
Mums cataract surgery was cancelled for the second time, after she'd made the 2 hour journey to get there. It's booked again at the end on November.
