Say It With Flowers

I don't know why, but my last 2 bears have been named Bertram. This is Bertram getting ready to do some courting in his just washed jeans. He looks good, but I think the flowers were illegally picked. 

I don't know that they will ever catch him,
but he left a clue...he left the stem.

One other thing. If the flowers are in season, why does Bertram need a scarf? 

He doesn't need a sweater,
he doesn't need a hood.
Perhaps he thinks the scarf...
just makes him look good?

I bought the framed picture at a garage sale for 50 cents, and just painted over the sepia picture. WOO-HOO!
