A very dear Montanan friend, M, sent me a beautiful book,
Hannah Hinchman's 'Little Things in a Big Country'. It is an illuminated/illustrated journal of her travels with her dog on the Rocky Mountain Front.

Delightful and evocative sketches and watercolours of their journey, and spurred on by such delights and resultant desire to resurrect some old sketching pens and still pristine moleskins, here is a first effort.
It will have to be static things to sketch!! and thankfully, Astro sleeps like a statue.
