Here's Ralph, looking regal and relaxed on the mantlepiece. I think all the cats will be glad when Joe and Kim come home tonight :-) 

I spent the morning doing some online training for work and then a bit of gardening after lunch - mostly deadheading and removing unwanted alchemilla mollis. Then it was time to visit the cats, and I fitted in a short walk along the River Nith from Dock Park. The water levels seemed very low indeed, even for low tide, which was just about to happen.

I've just been for a walk around the garden and it is already getting dark(ish) at 8.30pm...feeling equinoctal.
