The Abbey

A weaving exhibition was taking place at Buckfast Abbey so I went along with Marian. I've been to the abbey many times but not so often in summer so it's good to see the leaves on the trees. I wandered around the site and took a variety of photos but there was a gentleman in clerical attire sitting on a bench looking towards the abbey. I thought a shot including him would add some interest so asked if he'd mind. He said he'd rather not as these things go all over the world. I'm not sure why that should be a problem but there you are.

I like the view from this angle and the 'marbles' add some foreground interest.
