The Birds

Fortunately nobody was pecked to death whilst I took the picture (as far as I know). 

I went to Town Quay with the aim of finding a different angle from the one I usually take there. The difficulty is that there are two railway bridges crossing the River Lemon upstream and there's no access downstream. Maybe I need to do a drone shot at some time in the future. As I walked back from my explorations the pigeons were doing a flypast and almost blocked the bridge out. Perfect!

I don't know why they do this on a lovely afternoon. I think they're just flapping about for the joy of it. Have a lovely weekend, we have a bank holiday on Monday in the UK so it's a long weekend.
