Edinburgh nights

Big morning at the festival with a trailer for our show Wreck being shown at the BBC session.  Then a busy day with a finance meeting for Nightsleeper, and lunch with our commissioner.  Bit of shopping and then drinks with Sky in the club that our bosses had set up in the Grain Store. It was lovely there and I ended up staying on for dinner with our sister company who’d just won an award. 

Walked home around midnight and thought back over so many years at the Festival in Edinburgh, so many memories; from when I first came at the age of 19, with university shows, directing my first show on the Fringe, another show that won an award, coming up in the ‘90s to the TV festival for the first time and hearing amazing people speak at the various MacTaggarts.  Seeing incredible things and partying hard into the early hours.  So good to be back.
