Up too early, I seem to have lost the ability completely to have a bloody lie-in on a day off work  Laid on the sofa with coffee and two days worth of Vuelta catch-up before nipping out back for a pedal late morning.

A saunter to the local multiplex to catch a matinee of Beast - Idris Elba and a bloodthirsty rogue lion- it was shit. Recuperating from cinematic merde with an IPA and some backgammon while we wait for the Indian to come.
