The Curse of BossyMum

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

I am not the only one feeling overworked lately. Ellie has taken on so much and up to now has borne up well. But it has been a tough month and today she waved the white flag and told me she needed a break for the day.

It is really understandable. She joined a team of seven in February and now she is a team of Ellie. Just her. With one-third of my time for support. 

It is ridiculous and so I sent an email begging for help today. I got a sympathetic response and clearly her manager WANTS to do something but stupid processes are slowing everything down.

Hopefully something will get done before she burns out. In the meantime, BossyMum sent her a care package because BossyMum also cares.
