D&A

Fifty restaurants have gotten together to be part of a Summer Restaurant Week, offering two and three-course set meals at a reduced rate. It's a great way to get people through the door.

I looked down the list and honed in on the Dhow & Anchor (D&A) at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This pub has been operating since the late 90s, but I've never been. It was good to check it out today with Cath. It was also a good chance to catch up after the summer. We were only there three hours! ;))

My blip is of the restaurant in the atrium. I like the way the afternoon light came in and cast shadows.

Home for the rest of the afternoon, with a very light dinner much later!
