Best laid plans

We were up and out early for a big walk today. But it wasn’t to be because after an hour’s drive and just setting off, LooseCanon felt a bit unwell with a dodgy tummy. We couldn’t continue unless we were  both a hundred percent so we came back again and had a rather quiet day. It’s been beautifully sunny today. The photo is of the River Liza where it flows into the eastern end of Ennerdale lake.
Not sure what we’ll do tomorrow. See how we feel
