St Bees

We rested our legs today and after a few tasks went up to the coast at St Bees. It's a lovely place with beautiful light reflected in the big expanses of shiny sand left behind by the tide. The sky was relatively clear and we could easily see the Isle of Man in the distance ( extra). Considering it's summer holidays and not a bad day the beach was pretty quiet. It is a huge beach though, so plenty of room for everyone.
And you can always get a hot cuppa at Hartleys cafe!
