Ladies and Gentlemen, I Give You....

A very enjoyable morning playing with the minky. She’s getting very chatty indeed, ordering me round the aisles in Waitrose. And she even spotted jelly while I perused the healthy yogurts. Jelly, it was.
Later, a show, as we were back to Army@theFringe. I am Gavrilo Princip. A one man show and an absolute winner. Proper theatre, tremendously well acted and scripted. That was indeed an event. Both the original shooting and the play.
Onward, pausing to take photos of my old workplace, now entirely erased, to sit awhile with a beer at the St Vincent. And next up, Hamlet with Ian McKellen. Oh dear. The throaty old dog doesn’t exactly convince as the young Prince of Denmark - he leaves that to some young chap dancing about in his strides. And there are other dancers too, prancing hither and yon in the standard style as if they were in a local panto. Did that 75 minutes drag, or what. A standing ovation followed, of course.
Then for an eat with P&K to a Japanese place in Deanhaugh St. A real wee find. Apart from being cash only. K and I had to trot out to find an ATM. A blue task, clearly. And we very nearly stopped for a pint on the way. Another blue task.
