Where shall I go?

After the triumph of theMr's renewed passport arriving in just under a week we thought we could take a chance and do mine.

After eight days of hearing nothing and trying to check the progress to no avail I attempted the webchat on the Passport Office site.

A nice person or possible bot assured me there had been a typo with my email and that everything was fine, and Lo! It was fine and this arrived first thing via a man in a van!

So typos aside I can recommend the PostOffice for all your passport requirements!
