Swim

Booked a morning swim at 10.40. Turned up a bit earlier and swam for an hour.  It was a cloudy with sunny intervals.  The water temperature was 21.4°.  It felt a bit chilly initially but after a length it was refreshing.  Not many turn up if it's cloudy which means a relaxing swim for the few. 
There's a convivial atmosphere with fellow swimmers having light conversation while being aware that they don't hold anyone up for too long.
It's been a slightly humid afternoon but the swim cooled me down.  It was pleasant enough to sit outside and read.  
The kitchen and I warmed up cooking risotto.  
A quiet day
