Satan Has Returned

A bit of an emergency Blip as I haven't taken any photos today.

A busy day in the office getting through stuff.

A 5pm appointment with the Chiropractor who says I am so out of alignment she's not surprised I am in agony!  Feeling a bit tender after that visit so taking it easy and having an early night!
