Tree Bumblebee

I was awake early so was out early with the dog and sitting at my desk before 8am!  Unheard of!

Soggy dog walk this morning though and the rain has been on and off today so didn't think there would be much insect activity but this tree bumblebee has been hovering about the last 3 days.  I am pretty sure it's the same one as it's huge!

We had hedgehog activity in the garden last night.  I let Aonghus out about 9.30pm and he was running about daft sniffing then I spotted the little fella.  Thankfully Aoghus has a good sniff at it then leaves it alone!
