The aftermath

Full house today and two ladies had been on holiday, so there was a lot to talk about.
One provided the frozen dessert she had made for visiting family and not used.  Meringue Bombe Sofia - absolutely delicious and she has now sent us the recipe.  Evaporated milk and double cream involved so very low in calories!!
We sat ouside for our aperitifs, but stayed in the cool of my kitchen for the meal.
Takes me all morning to prepare and all afternoon to clear up, but well worth it.
