Tree tops

Puzzled how Poplar trees grow so tall and skinny without falling over!

Walked down to the canal and then 100 yards along to sit on a seat for 15 minutes before return walk.  Overtook 2 people too. Now I have got to conquer my walk to the woods and back and then I can consider myself back to normal walking distances.

Very hot today and had to water the pots this evening.  A small price to pay for sunshine again.

Had a phone call from the dentist to book me in for my 6 monthly check up in October, as when I visited last time it was a Saturday and no staff in to do future bookings.
