Only 5 train sets!

My mammoth Duplo sorting task is underway. My daughter brought over a huge box of all the Duplo they had accumulated in the last 4/5 years. Some new sets which were presents and some given by neighbours / friends with older children.

I have started with the train sets! 4 from the box and the one at the back is a 30 year old one that was my children’s.. Note the different/ better wheels and we have track for this one too.

The current prices for each of these is around £15. I may sell some of the sets on Facebook marketplace to fund new toys.
Yesterday I sold an in demand Trip Trapp wooden high chair for £70….advertised at 11am, picked up at 7 pm and had four people wanting it! I had bought it for about the same price three years ago. The new equivalent chairs are over £200. This one was from 2003 but in very good condition…it would be interesting to know how many children it has been used by.

A light shower overnight but not enough rain. Still very muggy today and sunny after a dull start.
