Everyday/Ordinary : Eggs

I was happy to find there was a nice easy challenge today for Mono Monday that I could join in as I have had very little time to look for a blip and it has also been pouring down for most of the day. My sister is coming to stay for a few days and was due to land in Glasgow at 20.15 but the flight is delayed and current estimate is departure from Luton at 20.40.
I use eggs every day and always have a basketful waiting on the worktop. Today I had an egg for breakfast, used two to bake a date and walnut cake, and have just finished preparing Spanakopita for tomorrow also using two eggs.
