i had a change of routine and went for a walk this morning….the park in Oswestry is a fantastic place and in the coming days i will take my walk there….
I came past Clarks and saw a pair of black trainers but had no rugsack  with me ( i walk with walking poles)…so went back to pick it up and tried them on….perfect fit, so that’s winter shoes sorted.

before i did all that though i washed the lounge windows inside and out….
this afternoon i caught up with paperwork…..etc….
