had a shock this morning, after my bloodtest i walked to Sainsbury for shoppig when my arm felt wet….strange i thought, it’s not raining hard….then i noticed i was bleeding hard from the puncture  wound, (am on blood thinner…:)) so i drove quickly home….it was a mess….my cardigan too…, After putting on a pressure bandage i dealt with my cardigan….a lot of salt immediately and water and rubbing…..i hope it is out….its dark cinnamon colour so i can’t see if it is all out….

after that i went to the post office and took my blip in the little lane next to it….then back to Sainsbury…Boots and M&S….now in to love2move…….somehow i seem to have very busy days at the moment…..:)
