High tide
A reasonable night in the tent and an early check on the exceptionally high tide. The plan was for a pincer operation on Wells with myself and the Stiffkey and Wymondham contingents all congregating there for a bit of beach time before my uncle and cousin headed south again.
Unfortunately, my niece texted to say they’d broken down at Guist. So, I met my uncle in the town and we decided that we’d head over to Deepdale for a wander and lunch there and then we all went separately to my sister, niece and kids at Wymondham as they had been towed back there.
I stayed for supper and then headed back to my tent. Uncle, cousin and husband headed back south.
