Bird's-foot-trefoil

The 'urban meadow' is still doing really well.  The red clover,  vetch,  hawkweed and the bird's-foot-trefoil are the current stars.  People stop to look at it and sometime take photos.  I hope it's because they like it. Thank you to Miranda for continuing the wildflower challenge.  

Lovely evening yesterday.  There were six of us and we sat chatting after a great meal.  Walked home in the almost dark.  Eek.

Heavy rain again this morning but that's cleared to leave a breezy,  sunny day.  Hope it stays that way as my elder son,  his partner and my grandson are coming over this afternoon.  Then my daughter will come round too so there will be six of us here for an early evening meal.  It'll be pjs for the wee chap so that he will maybe fall asleep as they go home.  I'm not confident enough to say we'll eat outside so I'm sorting out the dining table.  I enjoy that kind of task.
