Colorful Kayaks

These two ladies in their kayaks looked so pretty on the water this evening.  The colors were just right against the green and the early evening light.

Tomorrow is my first physical therapy appointment for my back.  I'm hoping it will help strengthen my muscles and give me a little relief from back pain.  I know it won't have much effect on the damage from arthritis but it can't hurt to get my muscles toned up.  I'm optimistic.
