Loch Kinellan

This is the lovely view from the bench where we sat and had our lunch. Beautiful and warm too. So peaceful , just the birds and butterflies for company. The swallows were dipping over the water catching flies, grebes were busy feeding their young and a few dragonflies flying by.
We went for walk down to the bench the other end of the loch and sat there for a while. It’s a nice walk.
I had been to the hospital before hand to see the lovely Fran, my Physio, had fluid taken off both knees as there was swelling in both. Had two injections of steroids. What a difference it makes, much less pain and more movement. Just have to take it easy for the next two days and wait for the headache to go away.
Popped into David’s for a cuppa and natter.
