Marlingford Mill

Out for a longer (30 miles) bike ride with friends today.  Our route took us past this old mill.  Sadly it is unoccupied and seems to be derelict but could be, in the words of any Estate Agent, a development opportunity given enough money.  
It was good route with a pub lunch en route and a dribble of rain on the way back.  Whilst much of the rest of the country got a good soaking our little patch of Norfolk got barely enough to put the dust down.  What have we done wrong?
