Today's Harvest

We have been picking our own  tomatoes for a couple of weeks now, but this is the biggest haul to date. Put together with some home grown onions and garlic, they will make a great sauce for our winter Bolognese's.  Some more will go for Tomato and Basil Soup and we will share a few with our neighbours. Plenty more to come. For the gardeners, varieties include Tumbling Tom, Moneymaker, Roma Plum tomatoes and Beefsteak.
