Wild Flower Chaos

There was a mass of these yellow flowers on a side path we walk along this morning, tangled together with a mixture of grasses and other wild flowers. I am not sure what they are so will have to find out.
A day in the garden cutting back and thinning out some hedges and shrubs. The new hedge trimmer with an extended arm was very useful, once I had become used to it. It always takes longer to clear up the cuttings than producing them. The forecast rain is yet to arrive!
