RHS Bridgewater

We visited RHS Bridgewater today, the recently opened extensive garden of the Royal Horticultural Society's gardens. It is very much a work in progress, so it will be interesting to revisit  it in future years to observe progress. The only positive aspect of the weather today has been that the rain was sparse and limited. Other than that it was windy and cold, so not the ideal conditions for wandering around and stopping to examine plants.
To add insult to injury, the sun came out as we walked back to the car and for our drive home. Thank goodness it is August and summertime.
