Papua New Guinea highlander.

This photo was pulled out of a skip and given to me because I used to live in Papua New Guinea.  The photograph was taken by a man called John K. Taylor I think. He lived in Hartlepool and was a member of Hartlepool's Photographic Society  in 1966.
