Green green grass of home

Sweltering and no breeze. Went out 7:30 pm. Long walk round the block. Despaired at the parched state of the grass (see blip).
Returned and up to G&P for a natter and to put the world to right. Cooler now. Tomorrow temperatures due to start going down.
