Family Outing

Beloved daughter (BD) and I need to practice for our respective charity runs. Today we were joined by beloved husband (BH) and beloved son (BS) and had a pleasant 3 mile run.

It was easier than last week and we were both pleased to manage as much of the hill back home as we did! BD managed 7 lampposts and I did it all!!
